"I made q4 salad for a Thanksgiving potluck, looking to use normally seasonal elements. Any squash might work, but I am a fan of the wonder and colour of butternut.   • Balsamic Maple Vinaigrette:
  • 1/four cup elderly balsamic vinegar
  • 1/four cup greater-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • half teaspoon salt
